What’s included?

1. A 60-Minute 1:1 Nutrition Coaching Session

In this initial session, we will dive deep into your current diet, exercise routine, lifestyle habits, preferences and health goals. We’ll address any barriers that are stopping you from achieving your weight loss goals, and identify your unique action areas. This session will be very collaborative- I always aim to create strategies that work for you and your lifestyle!

2. A Personalised Action Plan

Following our session you will receive a comprehensive weight loss action plan tailored specifically for you. This plan will outline step-by-step strategies for you to implement, focused on both nutrition and wider lifestyle changes.

You will also receive resources and exercises to further your knowledge and keep you on track.

3. A Follow-Up 30-Minute 1:1 Nutrition Coaching Session

This follow up session provides an opportunity to review your progress, address any challenges you may have encountered and adjust your action plan accordingly. By the end of the program you will feel confident, clear and supported in your weight loss journey

  • My approach focuses on sustainable, long-term changes rather than quick fixes. I emphasise intuitive eating, food freedom, and lifestyle habits to ensure you achieve and maintain your weight loss goals in a healthy way.

  • Nope! If you’re overseas, fill in the enquiry form and we can see if we can work out a time that works for you

  • I aim to equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to continue your journey independently. However, additional coaching sessions are available if you desire ongoing support.

  • We can definitely work within your dietary restrictions. Unfortunately I do not work with individuals with eating disorders or chronic health conditions such as diabetes. If you have a chronic health condition I recommend you reaching out an accredited practicing dietitian (APD)
